Job Description
The role of the accounting clerk is to support accounts receivable and payable. The candidate will report directly to his/her supervisor and work closely with our accounting team in Quebec and Ontario. He/she will follow procedures and work instructions and represent Everest Automation in providing a reliable and quality service.
Tasks and responsibilities
Accounts payable support
o Responsible for certain suppliers
o Responsible for transport supplier invoices
Customer invoicing support
o Responsible for certain types of customer invoices
Cheque cashing for Ontario divisions
All other related tasks
Qualifications:
- College degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Bilingualism French/English is an important asset
- Experience in a similar position
- Good user of the Office suite.
- Good ability to manage several priorities at once
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset
