What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Data Analyst to elevate data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact role wherein the insights you uncover will influence both near-term tactical decisions across our platform, marketing, and product development teams, as well as our longer-term strategic direction. Youll leverage a variety of methodologiesfrom descriptive statistics to A/B testing to advanced statistical modellingin combination with strong communication skills, to translate data into critical insights that will shape our customer experience and drive business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Guide our A/B testing and experimentation practice, assisting with experiment design and analyzing results
- Measure and evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes on user behaviour and business outcomes, providing clear insights to inform decisions
- Design and execute on larger-scale data science initiatives, including predictive modelling and customer segmentation, to help inform strategy
- Develop reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from technical teams to executive leadership
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, data quality, and reporting methods to ensure accuracy and relevance in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Prior experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methodologies (e.g. clustering, regression, bayesian inference, time series analysis)
- Experience with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in the content creation space: art, animation, gaming, and entertainment!
Bonus
- Experience with cloud native infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience building data pipelines and warehouses
- Worked with eCommerce data or data from Shopify, Google Analytics, or Hubspot
- Worked in a startup or similar environment

Salary Band: $90-110k CAD per annum. Individual salaries will be dependent on unique skills, experience and qualifications.
