We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead key healthcare technology initiatives. This role requires expertise in large-scale project management, clinical consolidation, and implementing digital solutions to optimize healthcare operations.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of provincial healthcare projects, ensuring the successful implementation of clinical standards across multiple hospitals.
• Oversee large-scale healthcare projects, including supply chain capacity building and distribution procedures.
• Drive clinical consolidation projects, focusing on aligning hospitals with new acute and sub-acute care models.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance system access efficiency and automate key healthcare processes.
• Manage projects involving the selection and implementation of software solutions to deliver critical clinical functionality.

Education & Certifications:

• PROSCI Organizational Change Management Certification (Mandatory)
• ITIL Certificate in Service Management (Preferred)

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years managing provincial healthcare projects that successfully implemented clinical standards across hospitals.
• 5+ years managing large-scale healthcare projects, including supply chain capacity and distribution procedures.
• 3+ years leading clinical consolidation projects in a healthcare setting.
• 3+ years implementing technology solutions to improve healthcare operations.
• 2+ years managing software selection and implementation projects in healthcare.
