Arrowquip and Yaktais looking for a passionate andhighly drivenInside Sales Representative to join ourteam! This is a full-time sales position, with the potential for growth within Arrowquip. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers, build strong relationships with dealers, and close deals that meet or exceed our sales and margin goals. The Role:

  • Responsible for securing customers commitments and finalizing deals that come through from the phone, email, website and social media inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealers
  • Ensure leads are responded to promptly
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost opportunities, and any customer or dealer problems
  • Collaborate with team to solve issues and find solutions
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
  • Report any consumer issues to the Client Care Team
  • Maintain the companies CRM, ensuring that every lead is kept up to date
  • Improve skills through continued personal development

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

Work Monday to Friday in Woodlands, MB

Passionate about the farming/ranching industry

Sales experience

Customer service experience

Maintain strong client relationships
