Key Responsibilities1. Operational Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective parking operations across all assigned locations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure all parking facilities comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of site managers, supervisors, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs to build a high-performing workforce.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all locations, including extended hours and special event requirements.
3. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Analyze financial reports, control expenses, and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at parking sites.
- Implement risk management procedures and conduct regular site audits.
- Uphold IMPARK's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience at all parking facilities.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 10+ years in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in parking, transportation, or facility management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Familiarity with parking technology and operational software is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Flexibility to oversee operations outside of regular business hours.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
