MACHINE OPERATOR – ROTARY DIE CUTTER
Our client is proud to have the most advanced corrugate plastic extrusion department in North America. Their innovation has led to greater efficiency and their quick turnaround time on unique projects is unparalleled.
We are looking for an experienced Rotary Die Cut Operator to help lead their team to new heights and stay a cut above the rest!
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $25.00-30.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Working hours: Permanent / Full-time - 7:30 am-3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:
  • Perform routine machine setup, operation, and minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor quality and productivity while adhering to strict safety and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as they arise.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For:
  • MUST HAVE – Minimum 1-3 Years experience with Rotary Ward 15000 66x113, 3 colour die cutter. Experience with Flexo Printing/Die cutting is essential while experience with a Flexo Folder Gluer is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities.
  • Mechanically inclined with acute vision and colour identification.
  • Have excellent math/measurement skills and the ability to maintain records regarding material, equipment and repairs.
  • Maintain good physical condition to handle the physical demands of the job, such as lifting, standing for long periods, and operating machinery.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Possess a high school diploma.
