Project Manager / Estimator Commercial Glass & Entrance Solutions

A well-established contractor specializing in architectural glass, glazing, and entrance solutions is looking for a Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing team. This company has built a strong reputation in the commercial space, working on a variety of high-rise, retail, and office projects.

What Youll Do:

• Estimate & manage small-scale commercial glazing projects (windows, doors, one-day installs, typically under $5K).
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare detailed project quotes.
• Oversee projects from initial estimate through to completion, ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintain strong client & vendor relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Utilize project management tools to track job progress, issue POs, and handle documentation.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or sales within glazing, construction, or a related field.
• Strong communication & presentation skillsyoull be meeting clients and representing the company on-site.
• Industry connections are a plus, but not a requirement.
