BJ Take Lighting is currently seeking a motivated and career-focused individual to join our growing Inside Sales team.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the selected candidate will collaborate with and support a dynamic team of Sales Agents and Outside Sales Representatives across North America. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator that is comfortable engaging in technical discussion over the phone and in writing. Product knowledge can be learned, but you will need to be comfortable during customer-facing interactions. BJ Take Lighting provides superior Canadian-made lighting products, but our strongest asset is our service. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and answer customer inquiries for product and pricing requests
- Assess production schedules to provide accurate lead times and product delivery dates
- Prepare sales quotations, RMAs, and provide other information required to inform the customer for day-to-day sales activities
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve customer service-related inquiries including issues and complaints
- Assist with the co-ordination of special sales events and marketing materials distribution
- Communicate and work in partnership with other departments
- All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000-$80,000.00 per year + company performance incentive
