• booked months out for perio surgical treatment and consultation
• have had a perio specialty program in place for nearly 10 yrs
• use full digital workflows quarterbacked by crown-down GP tx planning
• recently using a perio hygiene team begun specifically for specialty perio
• supported by AAP resources and a hygiene study club
  
• looking for a leader who can support our team with world class standards

WE ARE SEEKING A PERIODONTIST LICENSED IN ONTARIO:

• with exceptional communication skills and can lead a team with vision and character
• that is a strong leader who can direct an existing high performance specialty perio team
  
• who can work efficiently using existing systems to provide care at a level that meets high demand
• who can handle monthly to weekly shifts with potential for multiple columns
• who is organized and timely in responsiveness to team and patients
• who loves using technology and team for efficient communication and patient care
  
• who has experience performing soft and hard tissue surgery
• who excels in crown-down management of esthetic and immediate implants

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

• have anIV sedation certification as an asset to work with our exceptional sedation/GA team (care for anxious patients or for longer appointments)
• 3+ years specialty experience is preferred
