Compensation:

$87,400 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the intermediary between customers and listing agents to ensure smooth real estate transactions in Erindale, ON, CA
  • Coordinate property viewings, conduct property tours, and participate in open houses for potential buyers in the region
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to evaluate their interest and understand their preferences and needs for a new home
  • Compile necessary paperwork such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate successful transactions
  • Furnish prospective homebuyers with crucial details about the local housing market in Erindale, ON, CA
  • Execute the team's strategic plan efficiently
  • Arrange appointments with buyers for property viewings
