Job DescriptionAs a Learning Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and administering programs and platforms within the Talent Development Department. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Development, you will oversee key initiatives such as Talent LMS, emPerform, and the development and management of both new and existing training programs. Your contributions will help drive the organization's growth and success through effective learning and development strategies. This is a temporary 6 month role.
What would you be doing?
- Assist with creating, coordinating, and managing training initiatives, including Management Development, Supervisor Training, Mentorship, and Employee Onboarding programs, in collaboration with the Talent Development Program Specialist.
- Oversee the Learning Management System, manage job grant applications for employees, and maintain budgets.
- Coordinate Rewards & Recognition initiatives, contribute to newsletters, and keep information up to date on internal platforms like SharePoint.
- Handle Talent Development inquiries, Service Desk tickets, and other related projects as needed.
