Our client is a leading international law firm advising on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

They have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Operations Coordinator role. This position is responsible for providing operational support to the Global Marketing & Business Development department. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and works closely with the department's Chief Marketing Officer and senior leaders to manage operations across cross-functional teams. The Marketing Operations Coordinator also supervises interns in executing tasks and administrative duties across multiple work streams.

Key Job Accountabilities

Department Operations

  • Meet regularly with the Chief Marketing Officer and senior managers to effectively manage projects on Monday.com. This will involve ensuring that all business plans, roadmaps and projects are captured correctly, assessing gaps in workflow to streamline processes, and holding managers accountable for ensuring that their teams effectively update their projects.
  • Support senior managers in developing and implementing new tools and systems.
  • Special projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer.

Production Facilitation

  • Gate keep pre-discussions and initiate cross-functional production calls when required.
  • Lead project planning and execution of cross-functional production for International Women's Day and the December Holiday Campaign.
  • Facilitate design production with external agencies, including brief development and acting as a liaison between the agency and Creative Services.
  • Serve as backup to the Assistant Manager, Brand & Creative Design, in her absence, including facilitating incoming briefs, delegating tasks, and managing production inquiries from the Creative Services' team email.

Internship Program Coordination

  • Facilitate job posting, interview coordination, hiring, and on boarding of interns.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to interns to support cross-functional teams.

Other

  • Maintain the merchandise webstore and assist with product orders.
  • Maintain the department's organizational chart.

Experience and Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • Previous work experience in the corporate and/or legal industry is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with marketing productivity technologies, such as Monday.com, Share Point and BrandFolder, and Figma
  • Strong project management, documentation and communication skills, with experience working with multiple teams and managing multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail, and superior aptitude for organization and time management
  • Self-motivated with an adaptable, positive attitude; able to function effectively in a fast-paced, high intensity, deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional team player
  • Experience with Canva for social media visual content development
  • Experience with the e-marketing tools such as Contact Monkey and Vuture (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Exceptional team player and collaborator
  • MS Office experience is required
