About the Role
As the Director of Service Excellence and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing FIREFLY's service delivery. Reporting to the CEO, you will:
- Lead and oversee programs within the Children and Youth Mental Health, Access, Intake and Community Services units.
- Ensure accreditation standards and best practices are upheld across service areas.
- Develop strategic partnerships with community agencies, government bodies, and stakeholders to enhance accessibility and impact.
- Support and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive service innovation, identifying emerging client needs and implementing innovative solutions.
- Represent FIREFLY at community events, meetings, and conference to advocate for clients and the organization.
This full-time position may be based at any FIREFLY location, though regular travel to our Kenora office is expected. This role will also be expected to conduct regular travel both throughout our service area as well as outside our service area.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- A Masters degree in a social services field (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in management roles.
- Minimum five years experience in mental health, community services, or a related field.
- Professional registration, membership, or certification with a relevant regulatory body (preferred).
