**Position:** Fleet Assistant - 1 year road to full time Supervisor

**Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team as a Road Supervisor. This position offers hands-on experience in fleet operations and management within the transportation sector. You will work closely with our seasoned fleet managers and gain exposure to the intricacies of maintaining and optimizing a diverse fleet of vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in monitoring and coordinating fleet activities to ensure efficient operations.- Learn to schedule and prioritize vehicle maintenance and repairs.- Support in tracking fleet performance metrics and preparing reports.- Help manage driver schedules and assignments.- Gain insight into optimizing multiple variables to reduce operational costs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fleet-related issues.

**Requirements:**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.- Experience working in the transportation industry is considered an asset - Clean Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and clean driving abstract.- Full SGI Class 5 driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Canada.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively communicate in English.- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
