We are always looking for top talent that can contribute to our delivery of results. JFE Shoji power is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to spearhead the development of a world-class Quality Management System (QMS) that drives excellence across our organization.

The Senior Quality Manager is a pivotal role and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and leadership within a dynamic environment
How you'll make an impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and effective Quality Management System that aligns with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal quality-related issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolutions and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture by integrating Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving techniques into organizational practices.
  • Create and facilitate engaging training programs that enhance team capabilities in quality assurance and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to QMS requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by effectively guiding teams, adapting to change, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer representatives regarding quality initiatives, including inspections, audits, and process surveys.
  • Train teams and facilitate problem-solving initiatives to enhance processes and drive quality improvements across departments.
  • Oversee and promote 5S activities within assigned areas to optimize workplace organization and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor quality performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to teams and leadership.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality control issues and participate in senior leadership meetings to discuss strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Uphold and administer company policies and procedures equitably, ensuring compliance and fostering a fair workplace atmosphere. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, driving results while maintaining quality standards

What you'll bring to the role
  • Bachelor's or college degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading quality initiatives in a manufacturing or operational environment. ( Steel manufacturing or Automotive is highly preferred)
  • 10 years of leadership experience in quality
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Manager, or equivalent quality certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and tools, including root cause analysis, statistical process control, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive reports and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and making informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing organizational needs.
  • A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, with experience in managing customer relationships and quality-related activities.
