1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
3. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
5. Conduct on-site visits to resolve technical problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or College degree is a must.
2. Proven experience in sales or marketing.
3. IT Experience/Background is a big plus.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Language: Chinese Language is a plus
