TRG is hiring CWT associates to join our client based in New Brunswick, who is a leading restoration company certified in emergency restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling. This position is primarily responsible for responding to emergencies and circumstances involving property damage while ensuring safe and effective operations.
Important Note : Must be able to pass high security background checks, some of the sites includes government areas.
Work Location: Woodstock/Grand Fall/Edmunston.Shift: Mon - FriSchedule: 7:00 am- 3:00 pm, must be able to work on weekends as requiredPay rate: $22 -25
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee restoration projects, including water and fire damage recovery, environmental cleanups, and abatement work.
• Lead on-site teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate directly with customers to schedule services, assess project requirements, and provide updates.
• Maintain clear, detailed reports on job progress and communicate effectively with management.
• Perform emergency cleanup services, structural drying, and environmental abatement (e.g., asbestos, mould).
• Train and mentor junior technicians to foster skill development and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• IICRC Certifications in Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Fire/Smoke Restoration (FSRT) are strong assets.
• Certifications as an Asbestos Worker or Supervisor.
• Valid G or equivalent driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a police background check.
• Availability for on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
