**Position Summary**
Cylix Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances** to spearhead our strategic partner ecosystem. This executive will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships with key technology vendors, fostering strategic alliances, and overseeing the onboarding and enablement of our reseller partners. The VP of Partnerships and Alliances will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop co-marketing strategies, joint go-to-market initiatives, and partner training programs that drive business growth and enhance Cylix Solutions' competitive edge.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Partnership Development:** Identify and establish partnerships with leading technology vendors, including AI, HPC, cloud, and cybersecurity solution providers, to enhance Cylix Solutions' offerings.
- **Alliance Management:** Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing technology partners to drive mutual success and unlock new business opportunities.
- **Reseller Partner Enablement:** Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of reseller partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell Cylix Solutions' portfolio of solutions.
- **Go-To-Market Execution:** Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market strategies, including co-branding, sales enablement, and demand generation initiatives.
- **Business Development:** Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with revenue objectives and market expansion goals.
- **Contract & Agreement Negotiation:** Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and long-term success for both parties.
- **Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies to refine Cylix Solutions' partnership strategy.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Engage with internal teams, including sales, product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment between partnerships and Cylix Solutions' business objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and alliances, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales within the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of AI, HPC, cloud computing, and cybersecurity ecosystems.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing high-value technology partnerships.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with technology vendors and reseller partners.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
