DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support and direction for IT solutions, including end-user support.
  • Responsible for IT policies and procedures, including architecture, security, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, standards, purchasing and service provision.
  • Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to deadlines and budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of complete ERP systems, Microsoft 365 Programs, Communication service providers (ie: Internet/Phone/Mobile), eSignature Software, Domain & Web Hosting Software, Applicant Tracking and Learning Management Software, social media platforms and any other additional programs as required.
  • This role will report directly to the Director of Operations.

PERFORMANCE & TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  • Proficient in risk management and disaster recovery planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong ability to focus on accuracy and quality.
  • High ethical standards and personal integrity.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred: College Diploma / associate degree (technical field) or equivalent certification.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT.
  • Demonstrated experience in network and systems management.
  • Experience with various IT services, including infrastructure, applications, data management, and security.
