Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee retail construction projects across Canada. This role requires frequent travel and hands-on site management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site operations for retail construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
• Solve on-site issues and maintain a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in retail or commercial construction
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently and work in different locations across Canada
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and project documents
• Bilingual (English & French) is an asset
