Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend/frontend development, with a strong focus on one of Ruby on Rails, Python, React, or Node.js.
• Proficiency in one of Ruby on Rails, Python, React, or Node.js, writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Ability to architect and implement innovative solutions aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to grasp business goals quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks.
