What you'll be doing:
Supporting the team with admin tasks (you're the glue that holds us together!).
Helping with monthly reports — don't worry, we'll show you the ropes.
Processing and verifying invoices (accuracy is your superpower).
Prepping payments and keeping vendors happy.
Reconciling accounts like a pro.
Sending invoices, posting payments, and following up on balances.
Keeping financial records tidy and up to date.
Collaborating with different departments to solve financial puzzles.
Assisting with audits (if needed — we promise it's not too scary).
Helping close the books at month-end.
Handling reimbursement receipts and getting manager approvals.
Creating POs, issuing invoices, and keeping records neat.
Tracking Visa receipts and invoices.
Double-checking invoice prices and chatting with vendors to sort out discrepancies.
Assisting Account Managers with contracts, tenders, and paperwork.
Collecting snow and ice management reports (because winter happens!).
Auditing branch safety records (safety first!).
Answering phones and responding to inquiries like a customer service champ.
Troubleshooting company software and apps (tech skills for the win!).
Pitching in wherever else you're needed — teamwork makes the dream work!
What you bring to the table:
At least 2 years of admin experience.
Post-secondary education in a related field (bonus points!).
Basic Excel skills (we can level you up if needed!).
Strong problem-solving skills and laser-sharp attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, accountability, and a can-do attitude.
A genuine love of helping the team succeed.
