Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Document repairs provided from multiple sources (EDVIR, walk-ups/ triage, email, technician findings, operations, maintenance software) and prioritize work accordingly.
- Maintain the local “Facility Planner” spreadsheet outlining daily workflow
- Open, Close and Approve work orders in Enrich within your assigned dollar limit along with assigning tasks as needed to technicians after repairs have been approved by the Shop Supervisor and/or Service Manager
- Ensure all tasks are completed in Enrich with proper comments for each job line
- Ensure all PM sheets are completed in full and all jobs are complete prior to closing any PM related work orders
- Ensure warranty claims are opened for all warrantable parts and/or repairs
- Work with local vendors and or other company maintenance facilities to ensure parts are in stock and/or ordered prior to equipment arriving for PM service and/or repairs
- Ensure part cores are returned and processed accordingly at time of repair to ensure proper credits are received
- Close all completed work orders daily while always ensuring that all comments reflect the 3 C's (Cause, Correction and Complaint)
- Work with Outsourced Maintenance Coordinators to schedule equipment in and out for service & repairs while ensuring equipment gets to the required shop
- Inventory management - daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts to ensure our parts inventory is accurate, live & current
- Daily receiving & processing of all parts
- Barcoding of all parts received and ensuring they are stored properly within local inventory and or Special Order parts shelf
- Daily review of all special order parts on hand to ensure we are not carrying unnecessary inventory for >30 days and/or longer
- Create TP purchase orders for miscellaneous items in AP Scanning.
- Marks and stores parts in the stockroom according to the prearranged system.
- Maintains stockroom cleanliness and order
- Deals with salespersons on a daily basis.
- Arranges parts deliveries from vendors
- Adhere to our QPM, ISO & our Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Driver & Customer Relations
- All other duties as assigned by the Service Manager

- Minimum 5 years in service operations
- Knowledge of the AS400
- Good organizational skills
