We are looking for a Full-Time Sales Treatment Coordinator approximately 32-40 hours/week. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements: (The applicant must meet the following requirements)
- High School diploma
- Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily (software used in our office are Dolphin and Curve)
- Previous experience in sales (asset)
- Ability to close deals and contracts
- Ability to work with a large team
- Be proactive
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to adapt to change and a growing practice
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to be cross trained in other areas of the clinic
- Must be willing to travel between different office locations
Responsibilities and Duties
- Taking diagnostic pictures
- Explaining orthodontic treatment and appliances to patients and parents
- Setting up financial contracts and payment plans
- Address patient questions and concerns
- Follow up with patients and insurance companies
- Be proficient working with different insurance companies
- Be well versed in our billing process and cost of procedures, treatments and consultations
- Review Treatment Coordinator statistics and reports
- Work in partnership with Financial Coordinator to close deals
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education: High School Diploma
- Sales experience
- Previous experience working in an orthodontic office or a dental office (preferred but not required)
