As the Finance and HR Manager, you will oversee critical financial functions, including payroll, accounts payable, treasury, reporting, forecasting, and month-end close, while also managing HR-related responsibilities. Based in Vaughan, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective HR operations within a global healthcare organization. The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation and has a strong background in IFRS.
Key Responsibilities
Finance and Treasury
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and wire transfers.
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare financial reports and provide key insights for decision-making.
- Lead financial forecasting, collaborating with stakeholders for accurate projections.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial close processes, applying IFRS standards in reporting and compliance.
HR and Payroll
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR functions related to compensation, benefits, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- CPA designation preferred, with strong IFRS knowledge.
- Payroll experience is essential.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership role with HR oversight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a multinational environment.
