Our manufacturing client in London, ON is looking for a Global HR Director for their facility.
Shift - Days
Pay - $150K-$180K
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's global business objectives.
Lead and oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance across multiple regions.
Establish and drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical labor practices in all operational regions.
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement.
Oversee global compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive positioning.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR risk mitigation strategies.
Leverage HR analytics to assess workforce trends and improve decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and reinforce corporate values and culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Proven experience managing HR functions in a global, multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations across various countries.
Expertise in change management, talent development, and organizational transformation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
