Our manufacturing client in London, ON is looking for a Global HR Director for their facility.

Shift - Days

Pay - $150K-$180K

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's global business objectives.

• Lead and oversee HR operations, policies, and compliance across multiple regions.

• Establish and drive talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning strategies.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical labor practices in all operational regions.

• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee engagement.

• Oversee global compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive positioning.

• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR risk mitigation strategies.

• Leverage HR analytics to assess workforce trends and improve decision-making.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and reinforce corporate values and culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Proven experience managing HR functions in a global, multi-site environment.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations across various countries.

• Expertise in change management, talent development, and organizational transformation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
