Are you a hands-on worker who enjoys building things? We're looking for Wall & Floor Panel Assemblers to join our team in a shop-based environment! If you have experience working with wood, using power tools, or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
The role The primary responsibilities are to prepare preassembled wall and floor cassette kits in a shop-based environment. Specifically, this would be:Assemble wall panel sections using 2x6 lumberBuild floor panel sections with I-joists and engineered wood productsEnsure proper placement and positioning of finished products for shippingPrep products for shipment and maintain efficient material flowOperate hand and power tools safely
RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis is required CSA Approved Steel Toe Boots are requiredManual dexterity & ability to work with hand toolsExperience with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood
Ability to operate saws and other woodworking tools
