Salary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Order Processor to join our dynamic team in Beamsville, ON. The Order Processor will support the design and sales teams in accurately processing orders, creating quotes, managing work orders, and ensuring timely processing and shipping. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, customer service, and cross-team collaboration, and will be skilled in using ERP systems and project management tools like Wrike.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently process all orders in the Genius system for both the design and sales teams.
  • Ensure orders are entered and processed without errors and maintain high level of accuracy.
  • Create quotes for small to mid-tier orders as requested by the sales team.
  • Generate quotes for the design team using a list of parts pulled from the ERP system to support the designers quote process.
  • Generate and manage work orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
  • Track the progress of work orders within Wrike, ensuring that all steps from creation to shipping are on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on small orders and, when necessary, contact customers directly to clarify order details or resolve issues.
  • Provide administrative and order-related support to the inside sales team as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Genius, is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Wrike, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills
