Veriday is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in IT Services lead generation.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager - focused primarily on lead generation for our IT Services business - to manage our marketing program in order to increase brand awareness and drive leads.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will drive lead generation through strategic digital marketing campaigns while maintaining Veridays brand integrity. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting market research, implementing effective digital marketing strategies, collaborating with the sales team, directing the marketing team, and creating compelling content to support campaign success, all aimed at generating high-quality leads.

What you will do

  • LeadGen Strategy: Provide a comprehensive LeadGen strategy utilizing all the available LeadGen sources available in the marketplace, including but not limited to; digital marketing strategies, professional networking platforms, 3rd party LeadGen partners, tradeshows & conferences and partner co-marketing.
  • Advertising Strategy: Determine optimal ad and social media content placements to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Initiate technical marketing innovation by exploring, testing, implementing, and evaluating new methods and technology that enable client acquisition, expansion and engagement. As a technically focused innovative organization we expect our marketing team to bring similar passion to their domain.
  • Content Development: Propose and develop projects focused on creating lead-generating content; publish digital marketing materials across various platforms, including ads and social media.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns using CRM tools to nurture leads and engage prospects.
  • Website Management: Develop and maintain website landing pages (WordPress) aimed at boosting brand awareness and facilitating lead conversion through strategies like lead magnets and funnels.
  • Market Research: Identify marketing opportunities aligned with Veriday's offerings; analyze competitors' pricing, products, and understand prospects' needs to enhance lead generation.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor digital traffic and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics; optimize strategies to enhance lead generation and overall performance.
  • SEO Management: Oversee both organic and paid SEO efforts to ensure the Veriday website achieves optimal search engine rankings.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on growth metrics and analyze business unit outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Campaign Scaling: Expand successful campaigns to maximize return on investment, with a primary focus on lead generation.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor project statuses and communicate progress to team leads, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

What do you need to succeed:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Web Development, or a related field that supports the execution and maintenance of targeted marketing content.
  • At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing B2B lead generation campaigns for an IT services company, primarily focusing on project or managed services rather than VAR or SaaS.
  • 5 years in a diverse marketing role targeting the North American market, with demonstrated contributions in content management, lead generation, CRM management, and data analysis. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media platforms, SEO practices, and email nurture campaigns is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with lead generation automation using ML, AI, or another equivalent solution.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to adapt programs and strategies.
  • A hands-on leader who can direct and contribute to a variety of marketing activities, including content, project, and program management.
