Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 + Completion Bonus

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for large-scale construction projects in Sechelt, BC. This role requires a strong leader with experience in commercial, industrial, or residential construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations.
• Resolve project challenges and maintain a collaborative team environment.
• Lead projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• 10-15+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or residential construction.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of WorkSafe BC and other regulatory standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Sechelt for the project duration.

• $130,000 - $140,000 salary + completion bonus
