InspiredHR is working with a client to help find anOffice Administrator / Receptionistto support a small, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing top-tier administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be thefirst point of contactfor the company, responsible for managing daily office activities, coordinating meetings and events, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support

  • Managecalendar scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Supportboardroom and IT setupfor meetings
  • Handledeliveries, mail, and courier services
  • Performbasic data entry tasks, includingbookkeeping, employee expense reports, and tax information
  • Assist withevent planning, including catering and office celebrations
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace

Front Desk & Public-Facing Duties

  • Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Coordinate with business leaders and teams to stay updated on company initiatives
  • Assist withsocial media managementand digital presence
  • Support withemployee recognition program, ensuring timely mailings and acknowledgments

Tech & Organizational Skills

  • UtilizeMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable navigatingsocial media platforms(LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to multitask in asmall team environment
