The ideal candidate will be thefirst point of contactfor the company, responsible for managing daily office activities, coordinating meetings and events, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Support
- Managecalendar scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Supportboardroom and IT setupfor meetings
- Handledeliveries, mail, and courier services
- Performbasic data entry tasks, includingbookkeeping, employee expense reports, and tax information
- Assist withevent planning, including catering and office celebrations
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
Front Desk & Public-Facing Duties
- Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
- Coordinate with business leaders and teams to stay updated on company initiatives
- Assist withsocial media managementand digital presence
- Support withemployee recognition program, ensuring timely mailings and acknowledgments
Tech & Organizational Skills
- UtilizeMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable navigatingsocial media platforms(LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Agile, adaptable, and able to multitask in asmall team environment
