Vice President of Finance (FP&A)

Our client, a leading residential condominium property management firm, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance (FP&A) to join their executive team. Reporting directly to the President, this role will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to drive business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide high-level financial insights and recommendations to the President and executive team.
  • Develop financial models and reports to assess company performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of Yardi Voyager 7S, ensuring best practices in financial reporting and management.
  • Present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and board members.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership, with a focus on real estate, development, and property management.
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience working with Yardi Voyager 7S is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is required.
