Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Sales Associate for our community in Upper Greenwich, Calgary. This sales role is ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background, particularly in contract processing, document management, and compliance. The Administrative Sales Associate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the home-buying process, with a primary focus on transaction documentation, contract execution, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process purchase agreements, condition removals, amendments, change orders, and deposit receipts with exceptional accuracy.
  • Ensure all paperwork and contract details are completed efficiently, meeting legal and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain sales software and CRM records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support the Area Sales Manager in administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding transaction details and required documentation, ensuring a seamless home-buying experience.
  • Ensure the sales center and show homes are well-organized and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in contract processing, real estate, or legal assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in handling legal or financial documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and Sales Simplicity (or similar CRM systems).
  • Exceptional organizational and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in working with a CRM program.
  • Experience in real estate or new home sales.
  • Passion for customer service and teamwork.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek scheduled to accommodate show home and sales center hours.

The hours of operation are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 12:00 pm 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 12:00 pm 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am 5:00 pm

Additional commitments may include biweekly sales meetings and occasional training sessions outside of regular hours.
