LOD Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our development and operational processes and build the future of mission-critical infrastructure for high-performance computing and flexible loads with us. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure solutions and automation tools that streamline our continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. We are looking for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about automation, cloud computing, and the efficiency of DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure that new releases are smoothly transitioned and that system uptime and reliability are maintained at the highest levels. You will leverage your expertise in cloud platforms, scripting, and containerization technologies to optimize workflows and establish best practices. As a part of our team, you will contribute to the overall improvement of our operational processes and help drive the strategic direction of our deployment mechanisms. Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Work collaboratively with software development teams to define, implement, and manage infrastructure and environment configurations.
  • Automate system configuration, application deployment, and lifecycle management to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability by identifying potential issues before they impact service delivery.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure that systems are compliant with internal and external regulations.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (General Purpose VPS, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and infrastructure management best practices.
