Position Overview
The Growth Marketing Lead will spearhead efforts to generate leads, support sales, and establish industry authority. The role focuses on developing impactful campaigns, managing digital channels, and working collaboratively with the Sales Team to achieve growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales cycles.
- Launch campaigns for new clients and identify opportunities to expand market share.
- Manage marketing campaigns for both Canadian and U.S. markets.
SEO and Content Creation:
- Maintain and optimize brand presence through ongoing SEO efforts.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, blogs, and other channels.
- Serve as the "Center of Excellence" for marketing materials and brand-specific content.
Brand Development:
- Spearhead initiatives to establish the company as a leading brand in HR-tech.
- Oversee and grow the company's LinkedIn presence to foster community engagement and brand authority.
- Use analytics and market insights to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Sales Support and Automation:
- Provide presentation-ready research, materials, and tools to support the Sales Team.
- Implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, and content creation.
- Experience in HR consulting, HR tech, or SaaS is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing campaigns across Canadian and U.S. markets.
- Familiarity with multiple marketing tools and automation platforms.
