Job Description

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Insulators with piping insulation experience for a temporary job in Crossfield, AB starting March 9, 2025, until Mar 21, 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a 10 Days in / 4 Days out schedule, 10-hour workdays, LOA $170/day or daily travel pay, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in oil and gas.
• Valid JourneypersonInsulator certificate/ticket or proof of hours.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • WHMIS
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements, select the appropriate insulation type, and understand complex instructions.
• Experience measuring and cutting insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Experience applying and securing insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation method.
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
