Oversee marketing strategies, including trade show participation, promotional campaigns, and market intelligence.
Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
Team Development & Training
Develop training programs to enhance the technical and sales expertise of the team.
Foster a high-performance sales culture through coaching, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure ongoing education for the sales team on industry trends, competitor activity, and new sales techniques.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the building materials, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in technical sales and supporting complex sales cycles.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and team oversight.
