Reporting to Dir, Talent acquisition, You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging top-notch candidates to support Varicent growth. The primary focus is on building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates with a specialized emphasis on Engineering and Professional Services hiring in LATAM region. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure a consistent flow and interview coordination of high-caliber talent.

What you will do:

  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online platforms, social media, Boolean searches, and networking, to identify and attract diverse candidates in SPM domain.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates to generate interest and build a talent pipeline.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team based on market research.
  • Candidate Evaluation:
  • Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with the requirements of the role.
  • Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers with detailed assessments.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand
  • Enhance the company's visibility on relevant platforms to attract diverse set of talent.
  • Interview Coordination & Offer Preparation:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details, including location, format, and participants.
  • Offer letter rollouts.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Coordinator, preferably within a fast paced technology organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, its key players, and the skills required for various roles.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
