About Mantech Enterprises

Since 1995, clients from a variety of industries worldwide have looked to Mantech to solve their custom manufacturing problems. We fill a unique niche in the manufacturing services industry, offering design and engineering services, waterjet cutting, welding, CNC machining and fabrication all under the same roof. We do everything from one-off prototypes to medium-batch production runs, small custom machines to large complex assemblies. Our customers fall into a wide range of industries across the Lower Mainland renewable energy, robotics, pharmaceutical, general automation, among many more. We collaborate with them to make their projects successful by delivering high quality work on time and by making suggestions to improve manufacturability and lower their costs.

We operate out of an integrated facility in North Vancouver. Our shop is modern, clean, and well-organized, with the right mix of skilled people and equipment to get the job done. Safety is a key component of our business. We pride ourselves on finding solutions to make the workplace safer, whether it is reducing repetitive strain or preventing more catastrophic injury. We have integrated our customized solutions into a variety of different workplace environments, all with a focus on safety, while keeping production efficiency in mind. A substantial portion of our existing business is the design, manufacture and after sales support of automated threading equipment for the paper and pulp industry.

Advanced Paper Systems (APS) Division

APS offers innovative solutions to all paper and pulp machine threading, cross machine tail cutters, rope diverter and sheet breaker projects. Our equipment can effectively manage all machine speeds and paper grades.

Successful threading requires three key steps: cut, control and transfer. Our equipment is world-renowned because of our ability to reliably achieve each of these stages. Each system is custom designed to fit into the unique geometry and meet the requirements of the mills paper machine (position, product and speed). Customers come back to us time and time again because of the quality of the equipment we design and manufacture.

Mantech's core values guide and drive us; they define our company culture. Do they resonate with you?

Continuous Improvement We relentlessly pursue excellence by working smarter, not harder, and finding ways to do things better.
Exceeding Customer Expectations We set exacting standards for ourselves and turn good into great.
