What You'll Do:
As a Bath & Kitchen Sales Designer, youll collaborate with clients to create and sell custom remodeling projects. Youll manage the process from initial consultation to closing the deal and project handoff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Use proven sales techniques to consult with clients, identify their needs, and develop tailored design plans.
• Conduct onsite measurements, gather project details, and take before photos to showcase transformations.
• Utilize design software to craft layouts and proposals that align with client goals.
• Present proposals confidently, follow up with leads, and close sales with professionalism.
• Keep project details and client interactions organized in our CRM system.
• Handle financial transactions, including payments, with accuracy and discretion.
• Occasionally represent our brand at trade shows and community events.

What You Bring:

• A strong sales background with proven success in closing deals and achieving targets.
