Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.05/hr CAD

As a Banquet Houseperson with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge you will create a special event that our Guests will remember. In this role, you will support the hotel by:

• Set up function and meetings spaces as per the Banquet Event Order
• Support department assisting food & beverage outlets including setting buffets; staging events & theme décor
• Build, set, serve and tear down of coffee breaks
• Communicate, anticipate & cater to the group conveners and guests for the duration of stay
• Support in house audio visual suppliers (PSAV) where required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Food & Beverage experience an asset
• Previous banqueting or convention houseperson experience preferred
• Valid Alberta driver's license required
• Proserve certification required
