Day in the Role

As a start to finish builder the tasks vary as the project progresses and requires someone who is able to apply their knowledge and skills. Experience and knowledge of initial building layout, foundation prep, concrete work, framing stick and pole building styles, bracing and making square, roof building with truss, building wraps, cladding/siding, roofing, soffit and fascia, insulation, air sealing, interior cladding, drywall hanging, mudding and painting. Qualifications & Requirements:

• High Standards: Mueller Built works at and expects high standards in craftsmanship and work ethic.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in carpentry.

• Mindset: A task-oriented and problem-solving mindset is essential.

• Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working at heights.

• Tools: Basic tools such as a tool belt, hammer, square, utility knife, tape measure, 1/4 hex impact, bit kit, caulk line, red bar, and cat's paw are required.

• Additional Skills: Experience with skid steers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and tele-handlers is considered an asset but not mandatory.
