Compensation Details:

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Projected Earnings (OTE): $120,000 - $125,000

Role Overview: Recruit high-performing real estate agents while fostering a positive and productive office environment.

• Recruitment: Attract and onboard top talent weekly by showcasing the office's unique value.
• Onboarding: Support new agents with training and smooth transitions into the team.
• Engagement: Host regular sales and business development sessions to encourage learning and growth.
• Staff Management: Oversee staff performance to ensure effective agent support.
• Market Research: Monitor local competition to refine recruitment and marketing strategies.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular evaluations to drive accountability and improvement.

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in real estate or recruiting, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate industry, particularly residential sales.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented: Goal-driven with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain accountability.
