We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Facebook advertising and proven success in driving SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, optimizing, and scaling Facebook campaigns, specifically in the context of SaaS, to help generate high-quality leads, conversions, and ultimately revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook Ads to drive leads, user engagement, and sales for Talkatoo.
- Create and test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation to optimize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize results.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce engaging ad assets that align with our brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new strategies to improve the performance of campaigns.
- Leverage Facebooks advanced targeting tools, including custom and lookalike audiences, to reach the most relevant prospects.
- Optimize the full customer journey, from ad impressions to conversion and post-purchase retention, to drive a high lifetime value.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and paid media within the SaaS space.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders within the company.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other marketing teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in Facebook advertising with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, particularly in SaaS or technology sales.
- Expertise in using Facebook Ads Manager, Ads Creative Hub, and Facebook Pixel for tracking and optimization.
- In-depth understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and advanced features like custom and lookalike audiences.
- Solid experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality lead generation and sales through Facebook advertising.
- Familiarity with other paid media channels is a plus (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
