Position Summary:
Are you friendly, professional, and highly organized? Do you love being the first point of contact and creating a welcoming environment? As a Receptionist at IDL, you'll be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors. You'll handle front desk operations, answer calls, manage administrative tasks, and support various departments with efficiency and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and common areas.
  • Assist with scheduling, booking meetings, and coordinating conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring necessary stock is available.
  • Assist with event coordination and internal communications as needed.
  • Support Finance team with clerical tasks as required.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
