Case Consultant Dental Laboratory

Full-Time Position

We are seeking a Case Consultant to oversee and manage restorative cases from initial assessment through production and final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively to ensure seamless coordination between the dental laboratory and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Assessment & Problem Solving:

  • Analyze incoming cases to understand patient needs and treatment plans.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of each case, identifying any potential challenges.
  • Detect discrepancies or issues with prescribed treatments and recommend appropriate adjustments.
  • Provide expert solutions to optimize restorative outcomes.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the process.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between dental technicians and clients to ensure precise case specifications.
  • Deliver clear instructions for restoration fabrication.
  • Work closely with technicians to address any case challenges and refine processes as needed.
  • Facilitate smooth workflows and ensure timely case completion by coordinating with production teams.

Documentation & Case Management:

  • Review case documentation and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure that all relevant information is correctly recorded in the system.
  • Maintain thorough and organized records of all case details and transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Registered Dental Technician certification or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the dental industry.
  • Strong ability to manage people, processes, and technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of case management.
  • Ability to strategically assess situations and lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry technology trends and applications.
