Our client, a leading construction company specializing in Tenant Improvement (TI) and fit-out projects, is seeking a Lead SDR / Senior Business Development Lead to drive their sales and business development efforts in North Vancouver. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic market expansion.

Location: North Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the TI and fit-out construction sectors
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market presence and increase revenue
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent business development efforts
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations, aligning them with client needs and company capabilities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness
  • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction
  • Track key business development metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within construction, TI, or fit-out sectors
  • Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland construction market and industry contacts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
