As Talent & Culture Specialist, you will be the heartbeat behind our organization, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development and well-being. You'll collaborate with leaders and employees to cultivate a dynamic and supportive environment where everyone can bring their best selves to work.
Core Responsibilities:

• Culture Captain: Lead our company culture & values, ensuring everyone feels like they're part of the crew.
• Talent Scout: Navigate the recruitment process to find and hire top talent in the transportation sector.
• Training Guru: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding and training programs that set our team up for success on and off the road.
• Employee Engager: Facilitate and implement employee engagement events and activities that keep our employees engaged and having fun.
• Compliance Commander: Ensure we're adhering to labour laws and industry standards, keeping our wheels turning smoothly.
• Policy Pioneer: Continuously refine our HR policies to create an exceptional employee experience.
