Position: Salesforce, nCino Sr. DeveloperLocation: Toronto, ON - Hybrid
We are seeking a Salesforce Sr. Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience. The ideal applicant should be able to use LWC, Triggers, Classes, Validation Rules, and Layouts to analyze, design, and develop new features in Salesforce. The candidate must have a deep understanding of design, development, and implementation of nCino banking operating system, salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, and Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and Agile experience.
Work closely with business stakeholders and multiple teams to propose and design optimistic solutions in Salesforce
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity.
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications,
Guide technical lead(s), and mentor junior technical team members.
10+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, deployment using Salesforce.com
5+ years in nCino Design, configurations and customizations
Build Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, API's, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model
Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps best practices
Must Have:
Strong technical background in Salesforce configuration and customization using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Integrations
Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy
Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Banking Experience
Advance certifications in Salesforce and nCino, like-nCino
